We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, by email or by phone: your name, your contact details and the description of the fraud situation. Never send us passwords, access codes or full card numbers; we never ask for them.

Your information is used exclusively to assess your situation, build your case file and carry out the steps you entrust to us. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Sharing with third parties

Elements of your case are shared only with the organizations involved in your steps (your financial institution, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, police services, exchange platforms, legal advisors you mandate) and only with your authorization. Our form is delivered by an email processing provider; it uses your data only to transmit your message.

Retention and security

Case files are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the period required by our legal and professional obligations. They are protected by technical and organizational measures aligned with the practices of a cybersecurity firm: encryption, access control, logging.

Your rights

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to contact@groupitcs.ca; we respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
